Contact

I am a PR-friendly blogger. And I mean really, really friendly — my background is in marketing and public relations so I totally speak the same language as PR people.

For your cheat sheet into the world of Joules: I am a full-time working mom with a super adorable son (Jack, born 2012), a rescue dog (Ollie) and a wonderfully awesome husband (Travis). We live in Maryland, close to Baltimore/Washington Metro area.

Product Reviews
I will only publish product reviews that are relevant to my blog and my incredibly awesome readers. Some good matches include: beauty/fashion brands, subscription boxes, children’s products, fitness and running brands, yummy food items, family-friendly restaurants, home improvement & organizing products, family travel opportunities, women/mom/family owned company’s, etc.

I mentioned family travel opportunities and I want to reiterate that I LOVE to receive pitches for travel options for families, including hotels, cruises and theme parks. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do in the WHOLE wide world! In the past I’ve worked with/visited Busch Gardens, Hershey Park, Disney World and more. If you are dying for a friendly blogger family to stay at your super snazzy hotel and then write a review about the experience, I may be your perfect match.

Sponsored Posts
Please know that I am very picky about sponsored posts and product ambassador relationships. I will ONLY accept a sponsor if your company is something that I can truly support — no matter what kind of money you throw at me.

{Well, if it’s like a bazillion dollars I MIGHT be convinced to talk about something weird…}

If you think that your product, company, or opportunity will be a good fit with Pocketful of Joules, you are welcome to email me with your idea. Just so you know, sponsored posts require payment.
