As I tend to do in December, I’m sharing my monthly style post a little early because today is my last day in the office for the year. I’m teleworking the rest of the week and then taking a week off. So, you’ll see a 2022 Thrifting & Secondhand Shopping Wrap Up post on Wednesday and that’s it for the year. I’ll return to both work and my regular blogging schedule the first week of January.
Before that break though, let’s get in a festive mood… because my December outfits are all sorts of festive!
Work Style:
I can’t actually pick a favorite work look this month because I pulled out all my sparkles and velvet for some fun holiday outfits. Lots of dresses with fleece lined tights and boots for warmth. Sure a pointy shoe and bare legs is cute… but standing on a metro platform in 23 degree weather is CHILLY!
Casual Style:
This thrifted flannel shirt has been making a weekend appearance lately, because it’s so soft and comfy.
Office Party Style:
Here is my work holiday party outfit for this year. I found this new with tags Talbots skirt at the thrift store for just $13 and I paired it with a simple Boden wrap top, sparkly shoes, and all the gold bracelets and rings. It was a fun holiday look and perfectly appropriate for our work party at a nearby country club.
That’s it for the month. Now it’s just cozy joggers, sweaters and pajamas unless I’m forced to leave the house!
