With the somewhat warmer weather and the hordes of pollen in the air, spring has arrived in Maryland! I say ‘somewhat’ warmer weather because one day we had a day in the 80’s and the next it was back down to the low 50’s. Which is typical for Maryland. Also typical is that my allergies attacked me for a full week, before they finally simmered down to a level that is controlled by my daily Zyrtec.
Here are all my work looks for the month. With this layout, if you want to see any look closer just click on it and the photo will blow up larger for you:
My favorite outfit of the month was this one:
I wore this outfit to work and then the Leadership in Law awards ceremony later that night and felt like a million dollars. The dress is from the Target x Alexis collaboration from 2021. I loved it when it came out, but the entire collection was gone before I could buy anything.
I found this Target x Alexis shirt dress NEW with tags on Poshmark for $60 and snapped it up. It fits like an absolute dream. It buttons from top to bottom with a fitted waist, very full skirt and nice, deep pockets. I topped the dress with a beaded cardigan that I’ve had for 10+ years and added some sparkly Rothy’s points. This is the kind of dress you just want to twirl in and it was perfect for the awards event
I mean, it’s perfect for everyday life too and I plan to wear it a million more times. In fact, I loved it so much that I found a solid blue version on Poshmark shortly after I wore this and bought that one too for a super score of $40.
Is it safe to buy on Poshmark? What safeguards do they take for people putting their info in?
You look great in all of these outfits! I have to buy a skirt! I have maybe, one.
I haven’t had any issues buying on Poshmark. Purchases are protected because they don’t release your money to the seller until you receive and approve the purchase. And thank you!
