Well, let’s call this style post ‘small but mighty’ because while I only went into the office 5x in January (+ one bonus poncho outfit for a breakfast meeting), I really enjoyed some of my work outfits! I planned to go in more… but some doctor’s appointments and then a cold that knocked me on my butt interfered. So, maybe I’ll get out and about more next month.

I bought the burgundy velvet midi dress at Anthropologie after the holidays. For my workday, I topped it with a thrifted denim shirt and added some fleece-lined tights and boots underneath to keep me warm. I love the luxe and casual combo of the velvet and denim!
